I get this question a lot. the answer is that it really depends on what you want to work on.
As I said above, some issues can even be addressed in a couple of sessions, but in most cases it will be a couple of months and up.
I prefer to do focused therapy, you should see it helping you within a few sessions, and if it’s not helping you within a few session it’s not the right kind of therapy for you.
Normally I like to schedule 10 sessions in advance which take 2.5 months, this allows us to really have the time and dig deeper, and if there is need for more we schedule more sessions.
There is a lot we can do online. but not all.
Most of the work I do can be done online, anxiety, depression and trauma work can be done online easily, as well as life pattern work.
The body work of course needs to be done in person, and mostly the transpersonal work that I do is done in person, although some of it can be done online.
And regarding yoga, there are some things we can do online, but also most of that requires face to face.
I suggest you to contact me and we see specifically in your case what can be done. some times if I am not in your vicinity I will direct you to do a specific body work session with a therapist in your area, and I will continue the work from that.
